Sky Oracle is developed and operated by Moszkowicz Advocaten. This policy explains how we handle your data.

• Chat questions — stored to provide answers and improve the service
• Usage statistics — number of questions per day, subscription tier

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Sky Oracle service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law or as described in this policy.

Data Storage

Your account data and chat history are stored on servers located within the European Union. We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

Third-Party Services

Sky Oracle uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Anthropic — AI language model provider. Chat questions are processed by Anthropic's API to generate answers. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
• Stripe — payment processor for premium subscriptions. Payment data is handled by Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy applies. We do not store payment card details.
• Microsoft 365 — used to send login emails (magic links) and notifications. Microsoft's privacy statement applies to email processing.
• Voyage AI — used to generate semantic search embeddings from knowledge base content. Document chunk data is processed by Voyage AI's API.

If you pay via cryptocurrency, your wallet address is used solely to verify the transaction. No personal data is stored in connection with crypto payments beyond the transaction reference.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Chat history may be retained to improve service quality. Upon deletion request, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

Your Rights
